Instruction:

1. Jailbreak Device
 2. Connect to wifi and go to activation page with login/ password
 3. Connect to HFZ
 4. Verify ability of bypass “Your device is supported” message
 5. Copy SN and Enter on Field
 6. Choose checkboxes you wish
 7. Go To Order history if you see inProcess (inProcess means its done)
 8. Press Activate

Need to do strictly with these steps !!
You can’t add to database before device will be checked by application
